How to sign up…

The 2023 edition of the MOMAR is now officially SOLD OUT. Registration opened on January 1st and all 800 spots were sold in less than two days. Please note that won’t have a waitlist and it’s very unlikely that we’ll open up any more spots. However, there will be teams that might need to sell their entry due to injury or lift conflict and many will post to the Mind Over Mountain Adventure Racing Community group.

REGISTRATION FEES:

• $220 / racer + GST (Jan 1 – Jan 31)
• $240 / racer (Feb 1 – Jul 31)
• $260 / racer (Aug 1 – Sep 22)
• Includes: One big adventure, official t-shirt, sponsor swag, finisher mug and BBQ dinner, plus a chance to win some big prizes from our sponsors. 
• 5% GST added to entry fee

MOMAR Registration Notes: please read!

• You can replace an injured teammate by logging back into your RaceRoster account and making change yourself.
• Racers must be 18 years of age on race day. If racers are under 18, they must get permission from the Race Director and a parent or guardian must also give approval. Please email info@mindovermountain.com for more information.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Racer’s Medical Deferral:

1. Refunds are only available to those that purchased FanSheild protection during registration. 
2. If you cannot race due to injury or life conflict and you are racing in a team of 2 or 4, your team can find a replacement for you and update themselves in Race Roster. No change fee will apply in this situation.
3. If you cannot race due to injury or life conflict, you can sell your team entry to someone else. You are responsible for finding your own buyer. If it is a FULL team transfer of all members OR a solo racer transfer, the change is now subject to an administration fee.  The fee is $30/racer and a special team transfer form must be completed.  All transfer requests must be submitted 21 days prior to race day.
4. Entry deferrals to a future year is not permitted.

Event Cancellation:

If the MOMAR is cancelled due to events beyond the reasonable control, such as acts of God, acts of government, acts of wars, epidemics, quarantines, fire, unavailability of communications or electrical power or other necessary utility services, governmental regulations superimposed after the fact and earthquakes, floods and other disasters, and other events of a similar nature (collectively, “Force Majeure Events”), depending on the date of cancellation, the Organizers shall provide participants the following:

1. Cancellation BEFORE May 31, 2023:
   75% Deferral discount to the 2023 or 2024 MOMAR.
2. Cancellation FROM June 1, 2023 To Aug 15, 2023:
   Entry to the 2023 Mind Over Mountain Adventure Challenge (Virtual Event)
   AND
   60% Deferral discount to the 2024 or 2025 MOMAR
3. Cancellation AFTER Aug 15, 2023 until race day September 23, 2023:
   Entry to the 2023 Mind Over Mountain Adventure Challenge (Virtual Event)
   AND
   30% Deferral discount to the 2024 or 2025 MOMAR
